Alex is an associate in the Financial Services Group in the Toronto office.
Alex’s experience includes assisting with a variety of domestic and cross-border financial services transactions. Before joining Osler, Alex articled at a prominent national law firm, which included a secondment at a major Canadian bank. He also worked as a law student at a leading publicly traded global technology company.
He received his J.D. from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Common Law in 2025 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.
