Alexandria Proctor

Alexandria is an associate in our Corporate Group in the Toronto office. She has experience in corporate and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private placements of securities, and stock exchange listings. Alexandria also has experience working on reverse takeovers, qualifying transactions, bought deals, and plan of arrangements. She regularly advises clients on corporate governance, on-going reporting and securities law regulatory matters.

While in law school, Alexandria was a summer fellow at Lawyers’ Rights Watch Canada and spent a semester on exchange at the University of Amsterdam. Prior to law school, Alexandria worked in the art world in Hong Kong and New York.
