Cayley is an associate in Osler’s Corporate group. Cayley obtained her Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with an Honours Specialization in Consumer Behaviour from Western University. Prior to law school, she worked in data analytics for a global market research firm.
After her first year of law school, Cayley worked as a Summer Law Student at the National Hockey League Players’ Association (NHLPA), where she researched and drafted briefs in support of players’ salary arbitration cases.
Cayley joined the firm as a summer student in 2023 and completed her articling term with the firm from 2024-2025.
