Chloé is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Montréal office.

Her practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and commercial transactions involving both private and public companies.

Chloé holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université de Montréal. Throughout her academic and professional journey, Chloé has distinguished herself through her involvement in the legal community, particularly through mentorship initiatives and volunteer programs aimed at promoting access to justice.

Before joining Osler, Chloé was an associate at another major business law firm.
