Chloe Duggal

Chloe is an associate in Osler’s restructuring group. She is developing a broad corporate and commercial practice with a focus on corporate restructuring. Chloe is a graduate of the juris doctor program at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University with an Honor’s Specialization in Political Science. While in law school, Chloe was Chair of Student Caucus and the Vice-Chair of the Osgoode Hall Law School Faculty Council and was member of the Alumni Board, the Academic Policy & Planning Committee, the Priorities and Finance Standing Committee, the Faculty Recruitment Committee, the Faculty Appointment Committee, and the Equality Committee.

Chloe worked as a research assistant to Professor Poonam Puri, focusing on securities, corporate governance and executive compensation. Chloe also worked as a Caseworker and Client Recruitment Coordinator for the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic. Chloe was a recipient of the Dean’s Gold Key Award for outstanding contribution to Osgoode Hall Law School. Chloe joined Osler as a summer student in 2021 and completed her articles with the firm in 2022–2023.
