Daniel is an associate in our Financial Services group in the Toronto office. Daniel previously worked at Osler Works – Transactional where he collaborated with attorneys and other professionals at the firm to deliver services to clients utilizing legal technologies on start-to-finish closings support, contract analysis, legal due diligence, and financial services.
Daniel participates in secured lending transactions acting for banks providing credit facilities to companies, with an emphasis on early-stage and high-growth technology companies, and in covered bond issuances acting for issuing Canadian financial institutions.
