Devon is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Calgary office. Devon practices corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and complex commercial arrangements.
She has experience advising clients on corporate agreements and assisting clients with corporate reorganizations, project development and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Osler, Devon worked as a corporate associate at a leading Canadian law firm.
Representative Work
Prior to joining Osler:
- A leading North American midstream energy company in its negotiation of revised agreements to allow for the continued execution of an approximately $11.2-billion pipeline project.
- A leading Canadian integrated energy company on its $1.468-billion acquisition of an upstream oil and gas company., which held a working interest in an oil sands mining project.
- A leading North American energy company on its acquisition of joint-venture interests for $3.1-billion.
