Disha is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Vancouver office. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law. Disha received her Master of Laws from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws from Symbiosis International University Pune.
She previously worked as Paralegal in Osler’s Corporate department, supporting the firm’s Investment Funds and Asset Management practice group. Disha assisted with securities-related transactions, preparing applications, and obtaining regulatory exemptions for registered and exempt firms. She was also actively involved with The Blockchain Hub as a research volunteer for the Blockchain Research Task Force.
