Eliot is an associate in the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group of our Vancouver office. He advises clients on corporate matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance. He also regularly advises private startup and technology companies on day-to-day corporate matters. Prior to law, Eliot worked as an innovation consultant at a leading startup incubator and accelerator based in Barcelona, Spain.
Prior to joining Osler, Eliot was an associate at another major Canadian law firm.
