Ellen Hryniowski

Ellen is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Osler.  In this role, Ellen directs all Human Resources functions with respect to staff positions as well as payroll and benefits for all Firm office locations.   She also oversees Office Services, Facilities and Hospitality. Ellen has over 20 years of managerial experience within the private and public sectors, covering a full range of human resources functions.  Prior to joining Osler, Ellen worked at the Ontario Securities Commission where she supported the human resources components of the OSC’s divestment to a crown corporation and subsequently led Human Resources. She also held several managerial roles at Queen’s University, during which time she jointly accepted a Federal Contractors Program Employment Equity Award on behalf of the University.
