Emily Kim

Emily is an associate in Osler’s Pensions and Benefits Group. Prior to articling at Osler, Emily obtained her Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School, and her Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Toronto.

During law school, Emily served as the Executive Editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and as a Member of the Admissions Committee. Emily is experienced in oral advocacy, winning the Dentons Negotiation Competition, and going on to represent Osgoode at the Canadian National Negotiation Competition, as well as acting as a researcher for the Julius Alexander Isaac Moot, where her team won best factum. Further, she has worked as a Caseworker for Parkdale Community Legal Services assisting low-income clients in the areas of law related to social assistance, violence, and health.
