Isabella is an associate in the Corporate Law Group and Venture Capital Group. Isabella regularly acts for sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of venture capital funds and advises institutional investors, including pension funds, on various matters relating to investing in private equity and venture capital funds. Isabella also assists portfolio managers, dealers and fund managers with Canadian securities regulatory matters.
Isabella practiced as an associate in Montreal prior to transferring to the Toronto office. Isabella obtained both civil and common law degrees from McGill University. Prior to law school, Isabella earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
