Jonathan Wypych

Jon is an associate in our Pensions and Benefits Group. He advises on legal and regulatory matters for provincial and federal pension plans, including on ESG and climate-related investment and governance matters.

Jon graduated from the University of Ottawa Law School in the top 10 percent of his class. While in law school, he was a research assistant for multiple law professors and completed a clerkship with the Regional Senior Judge of the Ontario Superior Court. Prior to law school, Jon was the legislative advisor and issues manager to the Ontario Minister of Finance.
