Julia’s practice is focused on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters for public and private companies.
Julia graduated from the University of Alberta (UAlberta) Faculty of Law. During her time at UAlberta, she was actively involved with the Women’s Law Forum as a member of the executive team. Julia was also a panel member of the University Appeal Board where she reviewed disciplinary decisions relating to academic and student affairs.
Prior to joining Osler, Julia articled and practised at another national law firm.
