Julie Harvey

Julie is a law clerk in the Business Law Department and is a member of the Financial Services Practice Group in the firm’s Toronto office. Julie’s practice focuses primarily on Personal Property Security Act matters, including preparing and organizing provincial registrations and summarizing search results. Julie also assists with closing books and various due diligence matters. Julie has assisted her team with project finance, financing transactions, including loan, acquisition, restructuring, securitization and structured finance.

Julie has experience working on a variety of corporate tax matters including applications for Registered Investments, certificates of compliance, business number registrations, various tax elections and provincial tax registrations.

Prior to joining the Financial Services group, Julie was a part of the corporate services department for 7 years. Julie assisted the Firm's corporate lawyers and law clerks in preparing a wide variety of documentation to effect incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuations preparation of annual resolutions and annual returns, dissolutions, extra-provincial registrations and maintenance of corporate records.
