Keira is an associate with our Corporate group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters
Keira completed the B.C.L./J.D. program at McGill University. During her studies she served as the Podcast Editor for the McGill Law Journal and as Co-Director of Compass Legal Clinic. While in law school, Keira interned at a global professional services company and as a management consultant at a Big Four accounting firm.
Prior to attending law school, Keira completed a Bachelor of Knowledge Integration at the University of Waterloo. After her undergraduate degree, Keira completed a rotational program at a leading Canadian bank.
Keira joined the firm as a summer student in 2024 and completed her articles with the firm in 2026.
