Kelly is an associate in the Real Estate Group of our Calgary office. Her practice focuses on a wide variety of real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and infrastructure land law.

Kelly has advised clients on high stakes commercial real estate transactions as well as utilities and pipeline land rights matters, renewable energy projects, and real estate aspects of telecommunication sites and data centres. Kelly also advises clients on ancillary corporate commercial matters such as corporate governance, and provides real estate support on insolvency, financing and corporate transactions.
