Kelly, a Law Clerk, is a member of Osler Works – Disputes. Her practice focuses mainly in commercial litigation matters. She has experience in all levels of court across Canada including the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, Tax Court, Court of Appeal, and King’s Bench.
Kelly assists with drafting pleadings, motion materials and other court documents and preparing large complex documents for filing at the court.
Kelly joined the firm in 2010.
