As a court clerk, Kevin is responsible for all court filings and issuing of documents, including proceedings at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as well as matters before the Divisional Court, Commercial and Bankruptcy Court, Estates Court, Family Law, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Federal and Tax Courts of Canada. He also has experience in Small Claims and Provincial Court (Criminal) proceedings. Kevin joined the firm in 1985.
