Madelaine is an associate in Osler’s Disputes group whose practice primarily focuses on construction disputes and energy litigation.
Madelaine has experience with construction and energy disputes, including delay and negligence claims, builders’ lien matters, oil and gas development disputes, regulatory issues involving the Alberta Boilers Safety Association and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta, and disputes involving consultants under construction contracts.
Madelaine has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice (Civil), the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, and in various alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including domestic arbitration, adjudication, and mediation.
Prior to joining Osler, Madelaine articled and practiced with another prominent national law firm.
