Marissa is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Montréal office.
She holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université de Montréal. During her studies, Marissa worked as a corporate clerk at a regional law firm, as an intern in Ethics & Compliance at Bombardier, and as a privacy law student at Dialogue Health Technologies Inc. She also volunteered as a caseworker for the Legal Information Clinic at McGill.
Prior to law school, Marissa obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from McGill University, where she graduated on the Dean’s Honour List and served as editor-in-chief of a national philosophy journal.
Marissa joined the Osler team as an articling student in 2024, after summering at another national law firm.
