Marta is a partner in Osler’s Banking & Financial Services practice group. Marta regularly represents domestic and foreign lenders, equity sponsors and corporations in connection with complex debt financing transactions, with a focus on secured and unsecured financing, project finance, public private partnerships, acquisition financing, syndicated loans, cross-border transactions and debt offerings. Her industry experience includes infrastructure (healthcare, transportation, renewable energy), SaaS and technology. Marta’s clients appreciate her practical and business oriented approach to negotiations.
