Matthew Barker is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies group. His practice focuses on emerging companies, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Matthew completed his JD/MBA at the University of Ottawa with an exchange to the Kedge School of Business in Marseilles, France. Prior to law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History at the University of Toronto.
