Maxwell Czerniawski

Maxwell practiced law with two national firms in the United States before joining Osler. He represents corporations of all sizes in commercial disputes, with a focus on supply chain issues, manufacturing contracts, and tax controversies.

Maxwell also conducts internal investigations on behalf of public and private clients. His investigative experience includes internal investigations and responses to subpoenas, intellectual property theft, and regulatory and criminal offenses. These skills complement Maxwell’s disputes practice to offer clients integrated service with a focus on rigorous fact development.

Prior to entering private practice, Maxwell served as an appellate judicial clerk. His exposure to high-level advocacy and the workings of judicial deliberation are invaluable assets when clients face contentious and pivotal issues on appeal.
