Melanie Starchuk

Melanie is a corporate paralegal in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies Practice Group. She assists corporations and societies with a variety of matters including incorporations, annual maintenance, transparency registers, capital alterations, article amendments, director and officer changes, name changes, share transactions and dissolutions. In addition, she conducts due diligence searches, minute book reviews and various filings with the registry. She has experience with corporate reorganizations and a range of transactional work. She graduated from Capilano University’s Paralegal Program on the dean’s list.
