Nick is an associate in Osler’s Financial Services Group in the Toronto office. He routinely advises lenders and borrowers on acquisition finance, securitization, derivatives and project finance transactions.
Nick’s experience includes representing clients on domestic and cross-border financings including syndicated and bi-lateral facilities and secured and unsecured loans. Before joining Osler, Nick practised at two other prominent national firms.
Prior to his legal career, Nick was a commercial banker at GE Capital and Wells Fargo and was responsible for originating equipment loans for transportation, construction and technology companies.
