Raphael is an associate in the disputes department of our Montreal office. His practice is diverse and covers various aspect of civil and commercial litigation, including civil liability, contractual disputes, consumer law and class actions.
Passionate about law, Raphael completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Montréal while maintaining academic results that earned him honors in each of his academic terms. At the end of his studies, he was also the recipient of the Bar of Montréal’s Award of Excellence for excellence in civil law.
As part of his academic career, Raphael had the opportunity to represent the University of Montréal in the prestigious Gale Cup bilingual moot court competition and, along with his peers, won first place among nearly 20 law schools in Canada.
Prior to his legal studies, Raphael studied Police Techniques and worked in various problem-solving and conflict resolution environments. In addition, throughout his studies, Raphael was actively involved in his community as a volunteer with the City of Laval’s emergency measures team. In this capacity, he participates in the city’s various community activities and provides logistical support to the various organizations offering emergency services to citizens.
