Raphael is an Associate in Osler’s Disputes department in Toronto. He maintains a general litigation practice including commercial and civil matters.
He is a graduate of the joint BCL/JD program at McGill University’s Faculty of Law in Montreal. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Political Science from the University of Toronto. Prior to entering the legal profession, he worked as Policy Advisor to the Minister of Canadian Heritage.
