Robert is an associate in the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group of our Montréal office.

His practice focuses primarily on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and companies operating in the technology sector.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Université de Sherbrooke.

Before joining Osler, Robert was an associate at a Montreal law firm specializing in emerging technology companies. He later served as legal counsel in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) department of an international company in France.
