Sabrina is an associate in our Corporate Group’s Executive Compensation practise. Her practise focuses on executive compensation, employee benefits, and employment law issues in the context of business transactions.
Sabrina advises corporate clients on the design, implementation, compliance, governance considerations, and tax treatment of various executive compensation arrangements arising in both domestic and cross-border contexts.
Prior to joining Osler, Sabrina was an associate at a large international corporate law firm in Toronto, where she gained significant experience advising on the tax implications of executive compensation plans, employee incentives, and corporate transactions. Her background in tax allows her to navigate complex legislative frameworks and provide technically informed advice on compensation structures and related disclosure obligations.
Sabrina obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law school, and her MBA from the Schulich School of Business. She holds a Bachelor of Science in economics and anthropology from the University of Toronto.
