Su is a Transaction Services Lawyer in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies group and a member of Osler Works – Transactional. She is primarily focused on providing support to Osler’s EHG group and focuses on enhancing efficiency, consistency and innovation in corporate and transactional practice.
Osler Works – Transactional focuses on providing high-quality work at a lower price by combining our team’s expert knowledge of complex transactions with cutting-edge processes and technologies that improve efficiencies and offer a host of business advantages. Osler Works – Transactional collaborates with other members of the firm to deliver services to clients, such as contract analysis and review (including due diligence), agreement generation, closings, document automation, and compliance and entity management.
Before joining Osler, Su practiced corporate, commercial and real estate law in Calgary, advising privately held businesses, homebuilders and not-for-profit organizations on corporate governance, financing transactions, commercial agreements, due diligence and transaction closings. She also gained valuable in-house experience with a mixed-use real estate development and investment company, supporting acquisitions, financing transactions, leasing matters and ongoing business operations.
