Sylvie is a paralegal in the Real Estate Group of our Montreal office.
As part of her duties, she conducts searches with the Land Register of Quebec and audits municipalities and school boards. Sylvie also conducts off-title searches with government authorities and prepares draft due diligence reports. Additionally, she drafts notices of leases and releases, ensuring their registration with the Land Register of Quebec.
Before joining Osler, Sylvie accumulated extensive experience in real estate law at various national and regional firms.
