Xin Jiang

Xin Jiang

Xin is an associate in Osler’s National Tax Group. Her practice includes Canadian domestic and cross-border income tax matters, with a focus on corporate tax planning, advisory and transactional work. 

Prior to joining Osler, Xin practised in the tax group of an international law firm, where she advised clients on a broad range of Canadian income and indirect tax matters. Her experience also includes executive compensation, clean technology tax matters and assisting with the resolution of income tax and GST/HST disputes.

Xin has completed the Canadian Bar Association’s Tax Law for Lawyers Program and CPA Canada’s three-year In-Depth Tax Program. Her previous professional experience includes roles in the technology, government and non-profit sectors in Canada, as well as work at a leading national law firm in Beijing.
