Zain is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Toronto office. His practice focuses on advising clients on securities regulatory matters.

Prior to working at Osler, Zain worked as Enforcement Policy Counsel at the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization. He completed his articles at the Ministry of the Attorney General, Crown Law Office – Civil.
