Yukon MO 2018/31 Order amends Ministerial Order 2013/04 and the Withdrawal from Disposal of Certain Yukon Oil and Gas Lands (Liard First Nation) Order attached to that Ministerial Order
Section 2 of Ministerial Order 2013/04 is repealed
Section 2 of the Withdrawal from Disposal of Certain Yukon Oil and Gas Lands (Liard First Nation) Order, the expression "July 15, 2018" is replaced with the expression "July 31, 2023"

Order amends Ministerial Order 2013/05 and the Withdrawal from Disposal of Certain Yukon Oil and Gas Lands (Ross River Dena Council) Order attached to that Ministerial Order
Section 2 of Ministerial Order 2013/05 is repealed
Section 2 of the Withdrawal from Disposal of Certain Yukon Oil and Gas Lands (Ross River Dena Council) Order, the expression "July 15, 2018" is replaced with the expression "July 31, 2020"

Yukon Aviation Advisory Committee is established

(1) The committee is to be composed of up to 10 members appointed by the Minister, as follows:
(a) five members must be individuals, each of whom has been determined by the Minister to be qualified to represent the views of the aviation sector;
(b) the balance of the members must be individuals, each of whom has been determined by the Minister to be qualified to represent the views of one or more of the following:
(i) the tourism industry,
(ii) the business sector,
(iii) the mining sector,
(iv) Yukon communities,
(v) the general public
(2) Each member of the committee is to be appointed for a term that does not exceed two years
(3) A member of the committee may be reappointed
(4) The Minister must make a reasonable effort to ensure that the membership of the committee reflects the cultural, regional and gender diversity of Yukon
(5) Vacancy in the membership of the committee does not impair the ability of the remaining members to act

(1) The functions of the committee are to make recommendations to the Minister, in accordance with any rules governing the work of the committee made by the Minister, in relation to the following matters:
(a) the development of, and changes to, services at public airports to capitalize on opportunities for economic growth;
(b) proposed regulatory changes affecting public airports.
(2) The committee must provide to the Minister, as soon as practicable after each meeting of the committee, a written summary of any recommendations from that meeting.

The committee must meet
(a) at least once each year; and
(b) not more than four times each year unless additional meetings are requested by the Minister.
