Anxhela is an associate in Osler’s Financial Services Group. Her practice is focused on a wide range of corporate and financing matters, including domestic and cross-border commercial lending, acquisition financings, project financings and securitizations, as well as the regulation of financial institutions.
During her time at Osgoode, Anxhela worked as a Senior Caseworker at the Investor Protection Clinic and at the Osgoode Business Clinic. She also worked as a research assistant for Professor Poonam Puri, working closely to develop a central bank digital currency proposal for the Bank of Canada.
Anxhela joined Osler as a summer student in 2019 and returned to complete her articles with the firm in 2021-2022.
