Adam is an associate in Osler’s Corporate practice group and Financial Services practice group.  Adam’s corporate practice involves acting for private and public companies as well as underwriters on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets and securities, and corporate governance. Adam has experience in the technology sector advising companies from start-up and incorporation to public companies.

Adam’s financial services practice involves acting for lenders, debtors, administrative agents and trustees in all types of commercial lending files.  Adam’s experience includes asset-backed lending, covenant-based loans, intercreditor agreements, convertible debt and other multi lender agreements.
