Alexandra’s practice includes corporate tax planning and tax disputes. She assists on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring along with transfer pricing and international tax issues. Her tax controversy and litigation practice includes transfer pricing and tax avoidance in addition to a range of administrative and procedural matters specific to the tax area. Alexandra has also worked on GST disputes relating to the denial of input tax credits and whether particular services are taxable supplies.

Alexandra joined Osler as a summer student in 2018 and completed her articles with the firm in 2019-2020.

Alexandra graduated from the J.D. program at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto. During law school she worked as an indirect tax research assistant.

Prior to law school, Alexandra obtained her B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from Mount Allison University where she worked as a research assistant in upper atmospheric physics.
