Amy is an associate in Osler’s Corporate group, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Amy advises private equity funds, pension funds, publicly traded entities and private companies in connection with a broad range of transactions as well as general corporate matters.
Amy joined the firm as a summer student in 2017, articled with the firm from 2018 to 2019 and joined the firm as an associate in 2019. Amy worked in the Private Equity Transactions group in the New York office of a leading U.S. law firm from 2021 to 2022 and re-joined the firm as an associate in 2022.
