Andrew is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies group in the Toronto office. His practice focuses on advising technology companies at all stages, as well as the venture capital firms and strategic investors that finance those companies. Andrew has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters.

He completed the J.D./M.B.A. program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. Prior to law school, Andrew obtained his Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen’s University where his fourth-year research was published in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Andrew joined the firm as a summer student in 2014, completed his articles with the firm in 2015-2016 and returned as an associate in 2016.
