Antoine is a partner at the Montréal Office and he specializes in tax law, including tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining the Montreal office, Antoine worked in taxation law for another Montréal firm and in the legal department of a major Canadian Corporation.

    • Homburg Canada Real Estate Investment in connection with its acquisition of assets from Homburg Invest Inc. and its $160 million initial public offering and listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange
    • Canadian National Railways in the acquisition of the subsidiaries held by Chemins de Fer du Québec
    • Canadian National Railways in relation to a key rail infrastructure project of the Plan Nord and the related agreements with iron ore producers
    • Gaz Métro Limited Partnership in connection with the acquisition of Central Vermont Public Service Corporation, through its subsidiary NNEC
    • Gaz Métro Limited Partnership in relation to the implementation of the structure of Beaupré Éole General Partnership, 50% partner in the Seigneurie de Beaupré Wind Farm Project
