Ben’s practice includes corporate organization, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law, with a specific focus on servicing businesses in Canada’s construction, energy, and infrastructure industries. His practice emphasizes transactions in the renewable energy space, including wind, solar, and renewable natural gas, as well as other non-conventional fuel technologies.

Ben attended the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law, where he volunteered as a pro bono representative at various courts and administrative tribunals in Ontario. Before his career in the law, Ben was a manager at a small construction company and owned his own small business.
