Callan is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Calgary office. His practice focuses on corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Callan received his J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to law school, Callan obtained a Bachelor of Commence in Finance from the Edwards School of Business.
