Carolynn is the Associate Director for Corporate Services of Osler Works – Transactional, a service that uses cutting-edge technology, streamlined processes and skilled legal professionals to support our deal teams and clients largely in the context of transactions. She oversees a team of paralegals and law clerks in providing due diligence and closing related services.
With more than 25 years of experience as a law clerk, Carolynn is highly skilled in assisting lawyers with corporate reorganizations, share and asset purchase transactions, corporate records analysis and preparation of all supporting corporate documentation to complete transactions, due diligence minute book reviews and material transaction summaries. She also has a great deal of experience with the formation and maintenance of legal entities and related corporate services.
In addition, Carolynn’s expertise includes the administration, management and training of corporate law clerks. She has conducted educational seminars for students and lawyers and has assisted in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for business law clerks.
