Chloe is an associate in the Montréal office and a member of the corporate group. Her practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and commercial agreements. She advises emerging, domestic and international clients on a range of issues, including acquisitions and sales of private businesses, capital investments and corporate commercial agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Chloe completed a Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University, where she specialized in accounting and strategy. She is a graduate of the civil law program at Laval University.
