Chloe is an associate in the Montréal office and a member of the Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, commercial agreements and general corporate matters. She has worked on a wide range of transactions with emerging, domestic and international clients (both private and public), private equity firms, institutional investors and family offices, on the acquisition and sale of private businesses, capital investments and corporate commercial agreements. She has also worked with entrepreneurs starting a new venture, assisting them with their rounds of financing and day-to-day operations, as well as on fund formations and partnerships.

Chloe is an active member of her community and is a member of the Executive Committee of the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation, tasked with organizing various events throughout the year and raising funds for the Sainte-Justine Hospital, Québec’s premier pediatric hospital.

Prior to joining the firm, Chloe completed a Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University, where she specialized in accounting and strategy. She is a graduate of the civil law program at Laval University.
