Chres is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies Group. Her practice focuses on advising venture capital and private equity clients, as well as start-ups and technology companies at all stages. She has a wide range of expertise advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities and general corporate and commercial matters. She also advises clients on private fund formation and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Osler, she was a corporate associate at another leading law firm. Prior to her legal career, she was an executive member of a charitable organization.
