Christina is a Paralegal in Osler’s Corporate group. She has worked in the legal field for over 7 years, with experience as a paralegal since 2011. Her paralegal work is focused in the corporate/commercial arena including mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. Christina has plenty of experience with minute book due diligence reviews and rectifying deficiencies. In addition, she also assists with preparing documentation relating to incorporations, continuances, amalgamations, restorations, dissolutions, tax-driven transactions, capital alterations (including customized special rights and restrictions) and various other share transactions.
