Daniel completed his J.D. at the University of Alberta. Prior to law school, he obtained both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy and Administration from Ryerson University. During Graduate school, Daniel worked as a Graduate Assistant and interned at Ontario’s Ministry of the Attorney General.
In law school, Daniel worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Steven Penney. Additionally, Daniel represented the University of Alberta at the Gale Cup Competition, where his team won First Place. Daniel also participated in an internal University of Alberta Negotiation Competition, where his team won Third Place.
