David’s practice focuses on corporate tax planning, including the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance and cross-border transactions, as well as tax dispute resolution. David joined the firm as a summer student in 2008 and completed his articles with the firm in 2009 –2010. He returned as an associate in 2010.
