Davis has completed her second year of the JD program at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to attending law school, she obtained her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, specializing in Management and Human Resources.
During law school, Davis was the president of the University of Toronto Venture Capital Law Society and edited submissions for the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review as an Articles Editor. She was also part of the U of T Entrepreneurship Hatchery, where she helped start-up founders develop business plans and investor presentations. Before joining Osler’s Toronto office, Davis also worked as an Administrative Summer Student in the Calgary office in 2018.
